- Hemp Seeds - 1 cup
- Soaked Chia Seeds - 4 tablespoons
- Raspberries - 1 cup
- Peanut Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Coconut Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Cacao Nibs - 2 tablespoons
- Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Green Powder - 3 teaspoons
- Banana - 1 whole
- Matcha Powder - 1 teaspoon
