What's the expiration date for the Lip Suede?
The Period After Opening (PAO) is 18 months and the shelf life is 36 months. The Period After Opening (PAO) is indicated on the bottom label of each product. The PAO symbol identifies the useful lifetime of a cosmetic product after its package has been opened for the first time.
Is this product vegan or tested on animals?
Yes, Lip Suede in Les Rouges is vegan friendly. We do not test on animals during any stage of product development.
How do I insert the refill into my original compact?
Instead of disposing of the entire product, you can repurpose your existing Lip Suede compact with refill inserts. It's simple: insert your refill key (a paperclip or pin works too!) into the small hole on the back of your compact to push out the old pan. Once removed, pop in your refill. The pan and compact are magnetic so that's all there is to it!
