The secret, she says, is massage that stimulates the lymphatic system to boost microcirculation and reveal healthy, deeply hydrated skin. Here's how!
The Skin Activator Rollerball Massage by Nicole Caroline:Before starting, find the body's lymphatic drainage point slightly above your collarbone and press hands gently 3x to activate. This helps detoxify and drain excess fluids in the skin. After dispensing serum onto the Rollerball, glide it all over the face, using light pressure while ensuring the gravity-fed device is at a downward tilt.
Now to get targetted, repeat the following steps a minimum of 3x, flushing down toward the collarbone on the last repetition of each set. Remember Nicole's pro tip: "Upward, outward, and downward motions!"

Motion 1: Glide from the nose to ears.
- Motion 2: Go from underneath the mouth's outer corner back to the ear.

Motion 3: Glide around the orbital bone, in the direction of the eyebrow.

Motion 4: Sweep outwards towards the temple from the center of the forehead—then down the neck to complete the drainage.
