At what point in my routine do I apply the Eye Activator? How do I apply it?

Apply Eye Activator after your face serum, morning and night. Dispense a drop onto clean hands (avoid touching the dropper directly to your skin to keep it clean), then use your ring finger to gently tap the serum along the under eye and brow bone area in an upward motion.

Let it fully absorb before applying concealer or any other products.
