"All horses deserve at least once in their lives to be loved by a little girl," reads a quote from Gucci's daughter, Gray, inside the family's Bedford, New York barn. The words are engraved on a plank of wood just above the saddles and are just one of the special touches that make it a meaningful place for the family. Nearby, Gray's show ribbons line the moldings of the tack room, while a favorite pair of riding boots given to Gucci for Mother's Day have a permanent place by the door.

A horse lover and equestrian since childhood, Gucci started out as a jumper before switching to dressage. When her family moved from Manhattan to Bedford a few years back, she fulfilled a lifelong dream by building a riding ring in her backyard that put her favorite hobby within arm's reach. These days, she logs time with Duque nearly every weekend—working on his training, saddling him up for a mini session with her 3 year-old daughter, Petal, or taking him out on the riding trails around Bedford. Come inside her barn tour for an inside look!
