All About Truffle—Our New Face Trace Contour Shade!
Contouring has quickly become a perennial part of our makeup routines, but Gucci believes that the sculpting technique need not be overcomplicated: "I named our contour stick Face Trace because it's so easy, blendable, and not intimidating [to use]."
You may already know Biscuit, our original cool beige coffee shade of Face Trace. Today, we introduce its new sister shade in a beautiful, rich mocha tone called— what else?—Truffle. The warmer contour hue is loaded with the same effective treatment actives, like organic jojoba oil, raspberry extract, and Kaolin clay. The creamy, clean formula is intuitive to apply, providing buildable definition to the cheekbones or any area where extra depth is desired. (Note: We love it on eyelids.) Sweep the bullet directly onto the skin and blend with fingers or use the Baby Blender Brush for a more refined application.
How do you choose between the two taupe shades? While there are no rules, Gucci recommends Truffle for medium to tan complexions, while Biscuit looks great on fair to medium skin tones. Watch the full video now to see the ultimate sculpting staple in all its glory.
