To send your e-gift card directly to the recipient’s email inbox simply select “send as a gift” and enter the appropriate details. Scheduled gift cards are delivered approximately between 4:00 am–10:00 am in the purchasing customer's timezone.
If you prefer to deliver your gift in person, do not select “send as a gift.” The e-gift card will be sent to your inbox x time hours after purchase.
How can I check my e-gift card balance?
Please contact care@westman-atelier.com and share the following information: the last 4 digits of your e-gift card code, and the name and email address of the individual who originally purchased the e-gift card. We’re happy to help!
