GUCCI'S NOTES

I like to take the brushes out and place them in the cylinder’s short lid on my vanity. This also lets them dry easily after you wash them—no bending.
The custom brush handles are crafted to be slightly shorter in length for more control as you work. The bristles are so soft and perfectly tapered.
Our brushes are made with ivory bristles, so you’ll always know when to clean them. One exception: The new lip brush is crafted with a glossy black brush head, so deep or saturated lip colors won't linger after cleaning.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Westman Atelier offers free FedEx Ground Shipping on all domestic online orders and FedEx Express Shipping for $10. Kindly note, shipping fees are not refunded if the order is returned.

At this time, we do not currently support APO/FPO/DPO and PO Box address shipping. Stay tuned for when these additional delivery services are available!

All international orders are processed and shipped by our shipping partner, FedEx Cross Border. All respective shipping fees, taxes, and duties are reflected on the checkout page.

If you receive products from Westman Atelier online that do not meet your expectations, please return the unused or gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We accept returns free of charge.

Exchanges are not supported at this time. Our returns process can take 1-2 weeks to process so in the interim, we offer Instant Credit. Instant Credit allows you to repurchase immediately if you wish. If you do not use the Instant Credit, you will receive your full refund to your original payment source.

How do I clean my brushes?

We recommend a clear brush cleaner (colored ones may dye the bristles) or clear soap and water. Dry your brushes quickly, do not bend them, and do not put them away when they are damp.
How often should I clean my brushes?

As a general rule, depending on how often you use them, makeup brushes should be cleaned at least once a week.
